WestJet’s refreshed onboard experience

As we prepare to connect Canada to the world and the world to Canada like never before, we wanted to make sure the distinctly Canadian, uniquely WestJet on-board experience you expect was evolved across our fleet of jets. We tasked ourselves to challenge the airline mold and create functional, unique products for our guests to enjoy. As part of our ongoing evolution, we are excited to share with you some of the like-minded partners that supported us in bringing our new vision to life.

Welcome onboard

Listen closely as you walk on and off the aircraft. Guests will now enjoy a soundtrack of soulful music by Canadian Juno award-winning recording artist, Sean Jones. Guests will be treated to the Sean Jones Boarding Sessions; featuring original music and classic covers from iconic Canadian artists – like The Band, Sarah McLachlan and The Guess Who. The Sean Jones Boarding Sessions are available now on our Dreamliner aircraft and will be available fleet wide by the end of 2019. If your travels take you to Toronto this summer, be sure to see one of Sean’s Soul in the City performances at the historic Casa Loma.

Amenity kits

Matt & Nat, and Province Apothecary

The amenity kits in our Business cabin were designed exclusively for us by Montreal’s own Matt & Nat. Inspired by everyday life, architecture and nature, the collection focuses on creativity, functionality, colour and environmental awareness. Much like WestJet, Matt & Nat exercise a strong corporate social responsibility and place high value on ethics. Guests departing Canada will receive a tan-coloured kit, while guests departing Europe will receive a navy one. The kits feature skincare products from Toronto’s Province Apothecary, a natural, cruelty-fee skincare brand whose products are sourced from high-quality ingredients from each Canadian province. If you’re seated in our Business cabin, you will also enjoy Province Apothecary products in the lavatory.

Surrounded by majestic mountains, Rocky Mountain Soap Company products are made with simple, natural ingredients for healthy and beautiful skin. Rocky Mountain Soap Company hand wash is also available throughout our fleet in Premium and Economy lavatories.
