Author Rossen Dimitrov
Rossen has more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and has worked with multiple global airlines. From 2011-2013 he was Director of Inflight Services at WestJet, before venturing overseas to lead the Customer Experience team at Qatar Airways. He was named to the Future Travel Experience Power List, ranking #4 in 2015 and #3 in 2016. Rossen returned to WestJet in 2017 as Chief Guest Experience Officer. Leading a team of over 4,300 WestJetters, he is responsible for WestJet's Inflight, Catering, Contact Centre, Onboard Product Development and Guest Experience teams. As WestJet expands our international network with the addition of up to 20 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, Rossen will be a key member of the team designing the travel experience for our guests. His extensive experience will also help as our Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, complete with elevated Plus service, take flight.
