Our contact centre agents can provide assistance with an existing itinerary that was booked directly through us (i.e. on westjet.com or through our contact centre); please call 1-888-WESTJET. WestJet Vacations guests who booked directly through us should call 1-877-737-7001.
If you booked through a travel agent, another airline or a third party, please contact them for assistance in the lead up to your trip.

Most guests can confirm seat assignments and get boarding passes by checking in online, up to 24 hours before departure. We suggest verifying your flight’s status before heading to the airport, making sure that you arrive well before check-in and gate cut-off times.
Once you’ve arrived at the airport, please speak with a uniformed customer service agent for any assistance that you may need. If there’s a delay or cancellation, we suggest that you listen carefully to updates that will be provided by our Airports team.
When you’re on board our aircraft, the best people to turn to for help are your flight attendants. Our crew’s most important task is to ensure the safety and security of the aircraft and everyone on board. Between safety duties, the crew is more than happy to help make your flight comfortable and enjoyable.

For assistance with delayed or damaged baggage, or for help tracking down an item left on board one of our aircraft, please call 1-866-666-6224. Items left in airports are held by the local airport authority, not by WestJet; in this instance, the airport itself is the best place to turn for help.

We like using social media to connect with our guests. We share photos, videos, news and fun from around the WestJet world on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Flickr and Vine. Guests are welcome to send us messages on Facebook and Twitter for general assistance before, during or after a trip. To keep our airfares low we don’t staff these channels around the clock; we’re online from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT on business days and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. MT on weekends. If you need immediate assistance please phone our contact centre, or speak with our airport customer service team.
